Community invited to help Celebrate the Center for Civic Engagement’s 25th birthday

The Center for Civic Engagement at WSU invites the community to help celebrate its 25th year on campus with cupcakes and live music on Terrell Mall, 11:30 a.m-1:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17.

The event coincides with U.S. Constitution Day and CCE staff will provide information about the Constitution and voter registration to promote democratic engagement as a central tenet of the CCE mission.  Anyone stopping by the table can also select a cause button to wear highlighting an issue they care deeply about. Local musician Dan Maher will perform on the mall during the noon hour.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
