Coming Soon – 2022 Open Enrollment

The Open Enrollment (OE) period for 2022 is coming up, Nov. 1-30. This is the one time each year when you can make certain changes to your benefits, effective Jan. 1 2022.

If you do not wish to make changes to your medical/dental plans and are not required to review your spousal surcharge attestation, no action is needed on your part. If you are currently enrolled in FSA or DCAP and wish to have this benefit in 2022, you will need to re-enroll. There will also be LTD and FSA changes that may require your attention during OE.

There are three main info sources for you to review:

  1. HCA For Your Benefit newsletter, coming mid-October. This contains important information regarding medical premiums and plan changes, actions you can take, incentives, and attestations. You can view this on our OE website when it becomes available.
  2. The WSU Benefits OE website contains OE information and resources. There you can find links to other relevant sources, as well as instructions on how to make changes.
  3. Virtual Benefits Fairs and presentations by HRS and our benefit vendors are happening throughout October and November. The virtual Benefits Fair can be accessed at any time starting in October.

Contact HRS with questions.
