We are looking for volunteers to participate in the evaluation of red wine aroma.
Volunteers must drink wine at least once a month, and must be 21 to participate. Please bring a valid photo I.D
*WSU Cougar Card is NOT valid
Sign-up is necessary prior to the panel, sessions will start every hour
When: Wednesday, May 25, and Thursday, May 26. Volunteers may only participate in one day of testing.
Where: Food Science and Human Nutrition Room 146
Time: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on both days
What to expect: The evaluation will take approximately 25-30 minutes, and will involve evaluating a series of red wine aromas.
Compensation: Receive a $5 Ferdinand’s gift certificate.
