The School of Economic Sciences would like to invite you to their Second Annual SES Colloquium today from 12:30-4:30 p.m.
This event is located in BLS 402 (Bio Life Science Building) and is open to the public. Issues covered will include: The Washington and Regional Economy, Computer Game Industry, Economic Consulting in Litigation Support, Transportation Issues, and Economic Development.
Key speakers are:
- Mark Brandon, Senior Vice President at Banner Bank, talk titled “Understanding Commercial Banking”;
- Chris Densmore, Director of Monetization & Analytics, Kingsisle Entertainment;
- Thomas Roney, President of Thomas Roney LLC, Economic Consulting;
- Ken Casavant, WSU Professor and Director of the Freight Policy Transportation Institute, talk titled “Transportation, a necessary but not noticeable function – Transportation research, teaching and outreach in WSU over the years”; and
- Darlington Sabasi, WSU PhD Candidate, talk titled “Explaining Total Factor Productivity Change in U.S. Agriculture: An Examination of Components”.
