Chilled water shutdown for Sept. 10–11: CWP, Carpenter, Sloan, ETRL, and Dana Halls

To accommodate the installation of the new chilled water tie-in lines on the Spokane Street buildings (Dana Hall, Carpenter Hall, and Sloan Hall on Sept. 11) the contractor must initially shut more of the main line down (to include ETRL and Chilled Water Plant on Sept. 10).

Our initial shutdown on Sept. 10 will impact the following buildings: Dana Hall, Carpenter Hall, Sloan Hall, ETRL, and the Chilled Water Plant. ETRL and the Chilled Water Plant should be back online Sept. 10.

This shutdown will continue through Sept. 11, but will impact only: Dana Hall, Carpenter Hall, and Sloan Hall.

There will be no shutdown on Sept. 15–16 as originally anticipated.

Patrons should be aware of impacts and plan their work accordingly.

Please observe all traffic signage and personnel. If you should have any questions, please address them to Jeremy Griffin, facilities construction manager, at jeremy.griffin@wsu.edu. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we thank you for your patience.
