Central Receiving & Delivery and University Stores service level changes

In an effort to recognize social distancing, Supply Management Services is implementing the following service level changes effective immediately.

Central Receiving & Delivery-All shipments will be delivered to the main loading dock for each building on campus. If departments would like to arrange to pick up packages from Central Receiving & Delivery, please call 335-5575 to schedule a time for pick-up. All packages for pick-up will be placed outside on a pallet located on the south end of the Central Receiving & Delivery building. No signature is required for pick-up of packages. A Central Receiving & Delivery employee will be available to log your shipment. For departments that are closed, all packages will be stored at Central Receiving & Delivery for later scheduled delivery.

University Stores-The service counter will be closed, effective immediately. Departments ordering lab supplies, enzyme, molecular, liquid nitrogen, dry ice and office supplies can visit us on line at https://webapps.it.wsu.edu/universitystores/Default.aspx where orders can be place  using a departmental requisition. Orders can also be placed by phone by calling 335-3781, or 335-4585. If departments would like to arrange for a pick-up of materials directly from University Stores, orders will be brought to the University Stores curbside located on the west side of the University Stores building. A University Stores employee will be available to log your pick-up.
