Center for Entrepreneurial Studies Resource Night: Intro to Equity Finance

Join the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies for our annual Resource Night speaker series, where entrepreneurs, investors, and industry pros share insight, expertise, and first-hand experience on the startup journey.

This event will be held on Tuesday, February 26, from 6-8 p.m. in Todd Hall 268 on the Pullman campus. Our guest speaker Rick Repp, principal at Witherspoon Kelley, assists clients with issuing debt and equity to raise capital from investors, and negotiates mergers, acquisitions, and sales of public and private businesses. An active member of the Spokane area entrepreneurial community, Rick serves on the boards of directors for the Spokane Angel Alliance and Innovate Cheney, as well as on the advisory board of Startup Spokane.

After the presentation, meet students from all across campus working on exciting projects, or recruit someone to help you with one of your own!

This event is free and open to the public. Appetizers will be served.
