Canvas support moves to Global Campus

Beginning May 10, Tier 1 end-user support for Canvas will shift from Crimson Service Desk to Global Campus.

Information Technology Services’ (ITS) Enterprise Systems Group will continue to serve as Canvas’ primary technical support group.

WSU end-users, including faculty and students, should direct all Canvas inquiries to Canvas Technical Support:

Additionally, Global Campus offers training for Canvas and other educational technology tools. WSU faculty can review recordings of Canvas trainings and progress through the self-service Canvas Learning Path. For non-technical questions, faculty can also request an appointment with Global Campus.

Both ITS and Global Campus teams are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. Please reach out to Canvas Technical Support with any questions.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
