That is one of the questions riders have answered on the Moscow WSU Motor Pool van during its weekday commute.

You can join the motor pool van and expand your mind as you travel from Moscow to WSU as either an occasional or full-time rider for the summer, or hop on the van as a permanent full time rider starting in July.
During the summer the van leaves Moscow from the Eastside Marketplace at 6:55 a.m. and picks up riders at the Moscow Post Office at 7 a.m. and the Palouse Empire Mall at 7:05 a.m., arriving on campus by 7:20 a.m. Departure from campus is at 4:10 p.m. While on campus the van is parked in the Fine Arts Building garage.
During the academic year the van leaves the Eastside Marketplace at 7:25 a.m, Post Office at 7:30 a.m., and Palouse Mall at 7:35 a.m., arriving on campus by 7:50 a.m. Departure from the Fine Arts garage is at 5:10 p.m.
Riders must be WSU students, staff or faculty members. Cost for a full-time rider is $60-$70 per month. Daily rides cost $3.
