CAHNRS faculty/staff fitness classes returns to in-person

After 16 months of online streaming via. Zoom, the CAHNRS faculty/staff fitness classes are returning to in-person this week.  Zoom will still be an option for those who cannot attend the in-person sessions.

For the rest of summer the schedule is as follows:

Tuesday/Thursday: Zumba Gold — low impact / low cardio dance fitness set to international rhythms and folk dances such as Salsa, Bollywood, Swing, Cha-Cha, Tango, Flamenco, Bellydance, Latin, etc.

Wednesday: Introductory Yoga — gently stretching and pose holding to work on flexibility and movement.

These free classes are every Tu/W/Th from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at Ensminger Pavilion and are taught by CAHNRS staff member Robert Yarbrough; a certified group fitness instructor and holder of numerous exercise licenses.  You do not need to register for classes, just attend and have fun. For more information about the classes or wanting to be placed on the mailing lists, contact Rob at yarbrord@wsu.edu.
