With the start of a new semester, CAHNRS would like everyone to know that the faculty/staff fitness classes are freely available to all WSU employees, staff, faculty, retirees, and spouses thereof every Tuesday–Thursday from 5:30–6:30 p.m.
Classes are both in-person and via Zoom. You do not need to register for classes, just attend and have fun.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays:
Zumba Gold – low impact / low cardio dance fitness set to international and folk rhythms. - Wednesdays:
Introductory Yoga – gentle stretching and flow for those who would like to work on flexibility.
Classes are taught by CAHNRS staff member Robert Yarbrough (yarbrord@wsu.edu), a certified group fitness, aquatic fitness, and Tai Chi instructor as well as a holder of numerous exercise licenses. To be placed on the mailing list, just contact the instructor.
