Build your own workout

University Recreation encourages staff and faculty to get active this summer and take advantage of FREE personal training workshops! On Tuesday, June 16 from 7-8 p.m. at the SRC classroom, come learn how to build your own workout. This workshop will cover the specifics of when and how often to exercise as well as how to create your own workout space and what exercises to select.  Next, UREC personal trainers will help you put it all together into a workout plan.

No sign up or registration is necessary and anyone can attend.

Mark your calendar for future personal training workshops throughout the summer.
