The Culture and Heritage Houses at WSU offer unique and enriching environments for your next on-campus event. In 2015-16 alone the Culture and Heritage Houses hosted more than 75 events and more than 25 overnight stays for more than 1,000 individual students, staff, visiting scholars, and community members.
Located in the College Hill Historical District, the houses offer capacities from 35 to 65 people and the cultural centers provide educational programming that celebrates diversity, encourages dialogue, promotes respect and builds community.
Some of the organizations who utilized the Cultural Houses include the Civil and Environmental Engineering Graduate Student Association, Department of Horticulture, Native American Programs, and the Pullman YMCA Board of Trustees.
Overnight stays more than doubled in 2015-16 and the Culture and Heritage Houses anticipate hosting even more groups in the year to come. The facilities continue to add amenities and comforts that make them even more appealing to student, faculty, staff and community groups.
