Body Composition Testing

If you’re seeking improvements to your fitness abilities, look no further than body composition tests from University Recreation (UREC)!  Two methods of body composition tests are available, skinfold and BIA (bio-electrical impedance analysis), that will provide information such as body fat and lean mass. Two testing sessions will be available, Monday, Jan. 13, from 6:30 -7:30 p.m., and Tuesday, Jan. 14, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Each testing session is free of charge to UREC members.
