Body composition testing is back!

 Need a way to set a baseline to keep track of your fitness progress over time?  UREC is offering FREE body composition tests! Body composition testing is a way to measure both body fat and lean body mass. Body composition tests will be offered at the Student Recreation Center in room 142 on Aug. 25 from 6:30-7:30 a.m. and on Aug. 26 from 5:30-7 p.m. Tests are free and are given on a first come, first serve basis.
