The meeting will serve as the annual meeting of the GAHT Board of Directors; the purpose of the meeting is to receive annual updates of the corporation’s activities and finances, conduct corporate business, elect officers, approve minutes, establish the 2021 annual meeting date, and discuss other corporate business, as needed.
