Best Practices on the Role of Advisor-ACADA Roundtable

WSU ACADA will be hosting a Best Practices roundtable, Wednesday, February 26 at 3:30 in Murrow 53.  Here is a sample of items to be discussed:

Communication with students; Time management work with advisees; Reinstatement process; How to encourage club involvement; How to involve students in Faculty mentoring – different models in different programs; Undergraduate research participation; Department/college welcome events; Teaching an orientation course specifically for your major/discipline; Accessibility of advisors.

All advsisors are encouraged and welcome to attend.
