Consumer panels will be conducted on Wednesday, May 4, and Thursday, May 5, to evaluate palatability of beef steaks. The sessions will begin at 10:30 a.m. in room 146 of the WSU Food Science & Human Nutrition Building, and will continue until sampling requirement has been met.
