Be a hero! Learn the signs of toxic drinking

No one wants their friends to get hurt or harm someone else. Alcohol is a common thread between the majority of violent acts, student deaths, and academic deficiencies. Alcohol is not inherently bad, but knowing when to act and help your friends can be critical. Sign up for Health & Wellness Services’ Red Watch Band workshop on November 17 from 5:10-8 p.m. to learn about when it’s time to get help, legal facts, and how to care for someone safely until advanced medical help arrives.
