The first section of WSU’s four-part series on award administration, this workshop, taking place from 9-11 a.m., focuses on the rules and regulations regarding expenditures imposed by various external and internal entities. Included is a brief review of OBM circulars A21 and A110, an in-depth look at award letters, instruction on applying for time extensions, award re-budgeting and preparing guarantees and advance expenditure authorizations.
