August 15 – Customer Service at WSU (Videoconferenced)

WSU strives to provide an exemplary service experience to our clients.  This is a challenge for an institution this large and distributed across so many locations and serving a diverse client base.  This interactive workshop focuses on the “Client Service Skills” that make WSU memorable to our students, to their parents, and to each other.
