Attend the community summit on referring students to state and local resources

All WSU Pullman faculty and staff are invited to attend a virtual community summit on sharing state and local resources that provide critical support to students. The two-hour webinar will provide an overview of the resources available in the area and how students can access those services.

There will be speakers from several agencies:

  • Whitman County Public Health
  • Department of Vocational Rehabilitation
  • Rural Resources/Worksource
  • Community Action Center
  • WSU Student Care Case Management

Register to attend

The summit is open to all faculty and staff but will be particularly helpful for those who directly serve or work with students. You can read more about the summit on WSU Insider.

Please contact Matthew Jeffries (matthew.jeffries@wsu.edu) if you have questions or need accommodations to fully participate.

If you can’t attend the summit but are interested in learning more, please register and you’ll be sent a recording of the event.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
