Asian Studies on the Pacific Coast 2018 Annual Conference: “Envisioning Global Asia”

June 8-10, the Asia Program at WSU will host the annual Asian Studies on the Pacific Coast (ASPAC) conference, whose 2018 theme is “Envisioning Global Asia.” Scholars from around the world will join WSU students, faculty, and staff from diverse disciplines at WSU Pullman for organized panels, roundtable discussions, and paper and poster presentations on historical and contemporary topics in the humanities, arts, social sciences, education, health, law, business, environmental sciences, and other disciplines related to East, South, and Southeast Asia and their diasporas.

ASPAC is the regional affiliate of the Association for Asian Studies (AAS), the national association of professionals, primarily academic, interested in Asian Studies.
