Puzzle and ponder over a series of 47 collages and photographs during an art exhibit reception at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, at WSU Tri-Cities.
“October People” is a short-run exhibit in the Art Center inside the Consolidated Information Center. Admission is free and open to the public. The Art Center’s regular hours are 12 to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
The joint show is presented by Sena Clara Creston and Shepard McCallum. Creston is a clinical assistant professor of Fine Arts at WSU Tri-Cities. Her series of photographs disorient the viewer’s visual perception of light, space and environmental relationships. Shepard McCallum is an artist working with found imagery and materials, which he assembles into collages and sculptures.
