Apply now: Services & Activities (S&A) Fee funding opportunities with Global Campus

Washington State University Global Campus is now accepting applications for Services and Activities (S&A) Fee allocations.

  • S&A Fees are paid by students to support non-academic programs and services for all WSU students. These fees, as defined under RCWs 28B.15.041–045, are separate from tuition and are used to fund student activities, programs, facilities, and similar initiatives.
  • If your organization would like to take part in the application process, please visit the WSU Global Campus Services & Activities Fee Application Process page.

Application deadline:

  • All application materials must be submitted to WSU Global Campus no later than Tuesday, Dec. 16, at 5 p.m. Pacific Time (PT).
  • The student-led S&A Fee Committee will perform budget reviews with application hearings and presentations held via Zoom Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026. Deliberations will follow shortly thereafter.
