Applications for Pullman FY21 services and activities fee allocations

S&A Fees are paid by each student for the purpose of providing non-academic programs and services for all students at Washington State University. The term “services and activities fees” or “S&A fees” is defined to mean fees, other than tuition fees, charged to all students registering at a WSU campus. S&A fees are used to fund student activities and programs, student buildings and similar uses. Authorized under RCWs 28B:15:041-045.

If your registered student organization would like to take part in the application process, please ensure that Individuals involved in the preparation of application materials attend one of the following training sessions:

  • Monday, February  10 @ 10:10–11:10 a.m., Lighty 405
  • Tuesday, February 11 @ 1:30–2:30 p.m., Lighty 405
  • Thursday, February 13 @ 11 a.m.–Noon, Lighty 405
  • Friday, February Feb 14 @ 3–4 p.m. Lighty 405

All application materials are due to Emily Green (ewgreen@wsu.edu) no later than Friday, March 20, at 5 p.m.

The student led S&A Fee Committee will conduct a S&A Budget Review and application preview Thursday, March 26, from 3-5 p.m. in Lighty 405.

Hearings will be held March 31st and April 1st in Lighty 405.

Deliberations will be held April 2nd in Lighty 405.
