Applications open for WSU Pullman Student Technology Fees

Student Technology Fees are paid by undergraduate students on the Pullman campus for the purpose of enhancing technology resources for general student use at Washington State University. Annually, a student-led committee recommends projects to be funded through the fee. Applications for projects to be funded in academic year 2025–26 are now open.

Those interested in requesting an allocation may visit the FY26 Request Hub. Information includes an overview of the FY26 process, required documents for request and important dates.

All application materials are due end of day Nov. 1. Requests can be submitted online.

Technology Fee Hearings will be conducted Nov. 4 and 7. Hearings will be scheduled from 5–8 p.m. each night. A final schedule will be posted to the to the WSU Budget Office website and sent to groups. Deliberations will be conducted on Nov. 14 and 18 (if necessary).
