Annual WSU Premium Fresh Beef Sale

The annual WSU Premium Beef sale is back! We will have an assortment of delicious, fresh, aged Wagyu and Angus steaks and other cuts available for sale on Saturday, April 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Supplies are limited, so hurry in!

We will also have burger patties, ground beef, bacon, breakfast sausage, bratwurst, all-beef pepperoni sticks, beef jerky, and our famous Cougar Smokie sausages available for purchase.

Find us at the WSU Meat Science Lab, located at 2155 NE Wilson Rd in Pullman. Entrance is next to the “Cougar Quality Meats” meat cleaver sign.
