AMS Limited Availability during Winter Holiday Break

If you plan to hold any meetings via videoconferencing at WSU Pullman, WSU Spokane, WSU Vancouver, WSU Tri-Cities or any Research & Extension sites during the Winter Holiday Break, the scheduling process needs to be finished by Tuesday, Dec. 10, at 5 p.m. AMS operation’s staff members are not free to take annual leave while classes are in session; they generally must take vacation time during the winter holidays and semester breaks. Therefore, sites generally are staffed at a skeletal level.

*AMS may not be able to accommodate any requests after Tuesday, Dec. 10, for
activities planned for Dec. 16 – Jan. 3. The online scheduling form can be
found at: https://ams.wsu.edu/RequestForms/Meeting_Request_Form.aspx.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
