All-University Records Retention Schedule updated

The All-University Records Retention Schedule and some unique department records retention schedules have been updated and are available at Records Retention and Disposition on the Office of Policies, Records, and Forms website. See the Summary of Changes for an overview of all the updates made in this revision.

Please review all university records in your possession and notify the Office of Policies, Records, and Forms of any records that are not on a current university or department records retention schedule.

All WSU personnel are responsible for retaining and disposing of university records in accordance with retention periods approved by the Washington State Records Committee (RCW 40.14). For more information see the list of resources available at Records Retention and Disposition or contact the Office of Policies, Records, and Forms.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
