Adolescents needed for study

Children aged 12-17 are being asked to participate in research on the WSU-Pullman campus that examines their processing of different types of appeals on food packaging.  If your child volunteers to take part in this study, he or she will need to come to the research lab (Goertzen Hall 211) on WSU-Pullman campus one time for approximately 60 to 75 minutes. During this session, he or she will be asked to view a series of food images and answer some questions regarding his/her food knowledge, preferences, allergies, and demographics. We will collect certain physiological data during the experiment as well. Children can elect to stop participation at any time. Upon completion or withdrawal from this session, the child will receive a $15 gift card. This study has been reviewed and approved for human subject participation by WSU Institutional Review Board. If you have any questions, please email: Rachel.Bailey@wsu.edu. If your child would like to participate, please visit www.cecresearch.webs.com for more information and to sign up.
