2022 W‑2 tax forms now available in Workday

2022 W‑2 tax forms have been posted to Workday. Directions on how to find this form can be found online. If you did not opt out of receiving a mailed copy, this will be where you need to go to download your copy for tax filing.

All W‑2 tax forms have been mailed to employees that did not opt out of having the form mailed to them. If employees have not received these forms, they can find them in Workday for tax years 2021 and beyond. A reference guide on where to find these forms is available online. Payroll does not mail out additional copies.

Former employees also maintain access to Workday to obtain tax forms and pay slips.

2020 and before W‑2 forms and pay slips can be found on Payroll Services’ website.

If you need assistance with logging into Workday or resetting your passwords, please contact the Crimson Service Desk.
