2014 Employee Engagement Survey Responses to the Question Available

The 2014 Employee Engagement Survey was open from March 31 to April 11 and was sent to all active faculty, classified staff and administrative professional employee.  The survey was completed by 1,891 employees, which is slightly over a 30% response rate.  Of the responses received, 25% came from faculty, 36% from administrative professional, and 39% from classified staff employees.

Overall, 69% of respondents indicated they are frequently or always satisfied at work, 28% indicated they are occasionally or infrequently satisfied with work, and 3% are never satisfied with work.  The results from the survey questions are available to view here: https://hrs.wsu.edu/Employee+Engagement+Survey.  Individual comments received from the survey are currently being compiled and will be available the end of June.
