March 25: Victoria Fu Artist Talk

The Department of Fine Arts presents an artist talk with San Diego-based artist Victoria Fu, supported by the Forst Endowed Visiting Artist Program.

Victoria Fu is a visual artist who received her MFA from CalArts, MA in Art History/Museum Studies from University of Southern California, and BA from Stanford University. Her art installations, both individual and collaborative with artist Matt Rich, have been exhibited in solo shows at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Tucson, AZ; California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, CA; DeutscheBank Commission at Frieze Los Angeles; The Contemporary, Baltimore, MD; University Art Gallery at UC Irvine, CA; Orange County Museum of Art, Costa Mesa, CA. Fu has received grants from Art Matters and the Harpo Foundation, and is a 2015 Guggenheim Fellow. She lives and works in San Diego, where she is Associate Professor of Art at University of San Diego.
