Faculty, staff, and post-docs: sign up to judge at SURCA 2021 on March 29

Your expertise is needed! Faculty, staff and post-docs are sought to register to serve as judges by the March 10 deadline to help judge student presenters at the annual Showcase for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (SURCA) on March 29. Learn more at surca.wsu.edu.

On the day of SURCA, the general schedule (subject to change) will be:

  • 3:00-4:15 p.m.: Judges attend one oral presentation session where 3-4 students will present their research and be evaluated according to an available rubric.
  • 4:30-5:30 p.m.: Judges will receive an invitation with a Zoom link from each of the 3-4 students they are judging, to be used for judges’ follow-up questions.
  • 7:00 p.m.: All judging scores must be submitted by this deadline. Sign up to be a judge at surca.wsu.edu/judges.
