Dinner with a registered dietitian continues

 
PULLMAN – “Dinner with the Dining Services Registered Dietitian” will continue this spring at WSU. Registered Dietitian Annie Roe is open to all students, faculty and staff. This is a free service offered by Dining Services. No meal purchase is necessary.

Dinners will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and will be at one of the three dining centers: Hillside Café (in Wilmer Davis Hall), Northside Café (in Regents Hall), and Southside Café (in Rotunda Hall).

Tuesdays and Thursdays scheduled topics include “Carbohydrates, Fats, and Proteins: Dispelling the Myths”, “Weight Loss: Facts and Fads”, and “Vitamins and Minerals: When to Supplement.” Mondays and Wednesdays will be available for individuals or groups to schedule one-on-one time with the registered dietitian. Dinner with the Dining Services Registered Dietitian will begin on Thursday, Jan. 29 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Southside Café. The Scheduled Topic is “Eat Well, MyNutrition, and Net Nutrition: Using Dining Services Tools”. This topic will also be available on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at Northside Café and Thursday, Feb. 5 at Hillside Café.
