Mandatory training dates set for organizations seeking S&A Fees

A series of training sessions are scheduled in October for WSU Pullman organizations seeking to apply for Service & Activities (S&A) Fees.

Organizations must attend one of these sessions, which will discuss the adjusted timeline and request process for 2026–27. Members are encouraged to attend in person, but Zoom links are available.

To RSVP, click on the date you wish to attend:

  • Oct. 7, 11 a.m. to noon, in the Compton Union Building, room 310
  • Oct. 9, 4–5 p.m., in the Compton Union Building, room 310
  • Oct. 10, 4–5 p.m., in the Compton Union Building, room 310

A makeup training session will be held on Oct. 15, 4–5 p.m., in the same room. Groups should also update their contact information on Involve.

S&A Fees are paid by each WSU Pullman student to provide non-academic programs and services for all students on campus. Each year, the student-led S&A Fee Committee hears requests and proposals from student groups, determines allocations, and sends a fee recommendation to the Board of Regents, which gives final approval. Visit the S&A Fee website for more information.
