Beginning at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, until 6 a.m. on Thursday, March 13, Information Technology Services (ITS) is restarting the Cisco Call Manager core system.
This work will cause WSU Pullman phones to re‑register as they move to and from their backup subscriber. Technical teams expect this restart process to take less than five minutes.
Active calls will not be affected and direct user impact is not expected. However, if a Pullman campus phone unregisters following this maintenance window, ITS recommends unplugging the cable from the back of the phone, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging the cable back in.
