WSU Premium Beef is offering locker beef: Angus, Angus/Wagyu X and Wagyu beef

Know where your beef comes and select the type you want to enjoy with your family and friends.

WSU Premium Beef results from a production system that has the highest welfare standards, relies on WSU students, and all takes place within 12 miles of the Pullman campus. It is natural — never ever growth promotants.

After harvest in our USDA-inspected facility, the beef is aged about three weeks to enhance tenderness and flavor. The butcher will ask you how you want it cut up.

  • Angus costs $3.75 per hanging pound
  • Angus/Wagyu X costs $4 per hanging pound
  • Wagyu costs $5.50 per hanging pound
  • The cut and wrap costs $1.05 per hanging pound

The hanging weights will range between 700 and 850 pounds. A whole beef usually results in 350 to 400 pounds of retail product.
