Laura Hill retirement reception — Dec. 14

The Provost’s Office invites you to join us for a retirement celebration to honor and thank Laura Hill (senior vice provost and professor, Department of Human Development) for her leadership and significant contributions to the WSU system.

We will host the celebration on Dec. 14 from 5–6:30 p.m. at the Lewis Alumni Centre located on the WSU Pullman campus. The program will begin at 5:15 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided and a no-host bar available.

Student receives NASA graduate fellowship

The fellowship will provide WSU graduate student Ian Wells with up to five years of support for early-stage space technology research as well as summer internships at one of NASA’s space centers.

Classified staff receiving general salary increase

Non-represented classified staff will receive a 3% general salary increase effective July 1. This adjustment was funded in the State of Washington’s 2023–25 operating budget.
