In the past, Departments have been able to fill out a 3-part Request to Ship form to accompany a package for outbound shipment. While the carbon copy form is nostalgic, it is no longer needed in today’s virtual environment, especially with Workday coming on line. Therefore, effective immediately, Central Receiving and Delivery will move to only accepting on-line Request to Ship forms through the e-forms website (https://policies.wsu.edu/prf/index/forms/eforms/). Our website (https://supplymanagement.wsu.edu/shipping-packages/) also has additional information on small package deliveries if needed, but if it does not answer your specific question, please contact Brady Allen at 335-4529.
