University Stores mainly on-line now

University Stores continues to support the University by supplying Research and Academic related items through our on-line catalog system, and then we deliver the orders to your buildings.  As we moved to the new Workday system, we have found it very beneficial when Departments place orders through the on-line catalog because then it is properly tracked and is processed through the approval authority on the accounts. That catalog is available at: https://ustores.wsu.edu/Login.aspx.

During COVID, U-Stores closed our storefront out on Dairy Rd, but continued to serve walk-in customers on an emergency basis (like dry ice).  Unfortunately, we are starting to see an increase in these emergency walk-ins, and they are not really emergencies.  When we do have emergency walk-in customers, please ensure that the order has still been placed on-line so that it has been properly approved prior to coming out our building.  It is very difficult for us to release items to customers without the proper approval.

Also, due to global supply shortages, we are having a difficult time keeping some items even on the shelf, so in some cases, coming out to our building is unfortunately a waste of a trip.  Therefore, U-Stores storefront is going to continue to be “Closed” to walk-up traffic except for emergencies.  We even do liquid nitrogen refills in your buildings when you place orders on-line.  It is much easier for everyone to order through our on-line catalog and then we deliver it all the way to your building.  Please contact University Stores at 335-3782 with any questions.  Thank you very much for your assistance in providing the most efficient and effective service to the University.
