In its 8th year, Cascadia Grains Conference, produced by the WSU Food Systems Program, expands its reach, joining a national movement for local grains.

Friday, January 17, at various locations and times around the South Puget Sound for our Friday Hands-On Field Trips.
Saturday, January 18, full conference from 8 a.m.– 8 p.m. at the South Puget Sound Community College in Olympia, WA.

Mel Darbyshire, the head baker for Grand Central Bakery, will be our keynote speaker.  Registration and more information about the full day conference events and programs are available at www.cascadiagrains.com. Early Bird pre-conference registration is $100, Regular Registration is $125 and $145 for those registering at the door. Scholarships are available.
