Reminder: Re-enroll in FSA/DCAP for 2019

The Open Enrollment period for 2019 benefit elections is currently underway. If you plan to participate in a Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) for 2019, your enrollment must be completed by Friday, November 30. Current FSA/DCAP participants are not automatically re-enrolled in the program; you must re-enroll during Open Enrollment each year you wish to continue to participate. You can complete your enrollment online or via paper form at any time through November 30th.

To participate in an FSA, you must be enrolled in a Classic, Value, Plus, or Sound Choice plan, or have waived your medical coverage. Individuals enrolled in a Consumer Directed Health Plan (CDHP) are not eligible to participate in an FSA.

Visit https://hrs.wsu.edu/open-enrollment/fsa-hsa-dcap-2019/ for additional information about these benefits.

Questions can be directed to HRS Benefit Services at (509) 335-4521 or hrs@wsu.edu.
