WSU Multidisciplinary Research FlashTalks

Join the WSU Office of Research for its inaugural WSU Multidisciplinary Research FlashTalks, a series of brief and lively presentations by newly hired WSU faculty, on Tuesday, April 24, at 5:30-7 p.m. in the Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center. Meet our new WSU researchers and enjoy appetizers and drinks while learning how recent research investments will benefit the WSU community and the world beyond.

Hired as part of the Strategic Research Investment initiatives, these new researchers are working in disciplines ranging from Health Disparities to Functional Genomics. This event is your chance to learn more about their work and how this Initiative benefits our community, the nation, and the world.

This event is free and open to the WSU community. Hosted hors d’oeuvres and an assortment of WSU Blended Learning wines and locally-sourced beer will be served.

Please RSVP by email to Sarah Mahaffy at sarah.mahaffy@wsu.edu before April 9.
