On-Premise mainframe moving to cloud Dec. 2

Information Technology Services (ITS) is migrating the on-premise mainframe to a cloud-hosting provider over the weekend of December 2 – 3.

The on-premise mainframe will go offline at 2 a.m. on Saturday, December 2, and cloud-based mainframe will be made available again as soon as the migration and validation efforts are complete, no later than 10 p.m.  Sunday, December 3.

During this maintenance period, mainframe (AIS) services, e-check payment processing, and other systems dependent upon the mainframe will be unavailable.

After the migration is complete, Mainframe (AIS) applications and dependent systems are expected to function normally.  No changes to user applications or connection settings will be required as part of this maintenance.
