Bring Tuscan inspired cuisine to your table this summer! Upon returning from his trip to Italy, Chef Jamie Callison of WSU’s School of Hospitality Business Management will be live and online on July 25 to show you how to create a selection of simple and flavorful dishes from the region of Tuscany. With an emphasis on local, seasonal ingredients, Chef Callison will demonstrate how you can prepare an elegant dinner with minimal effort.
