Graduate Student Interns 2017-18: Student Financial Services

Student Financial Services is seeking graduate student interns for the upcoming 2017-2018 academic year! This position will assist with financial aid and scholarship processing projects as assigned and shall include, but not be limited to, Satisfactory Academic Progress, File Review, myWSU checklist and communications, departmental communications and general student account management.

Graduate student interns support positions have the responsibility of providing excellent customer service in a high stress environment; answering emails, phones, and having face to face daily contact with students, parents, staff, and faculty; advising them on obtaining financial aid and scholarship information and payments according to university, state and federal financial aid rules.  Position duties and responsibilities will be performed in support of office vision, mission and values as well as institutional mission and goals.

This position requires an average of 20 hours per week.  Applicants with the ability to stay for at least two years are preferred and students must be a Washington resident, accepted into a graduate program, and attending graduate school at WSU Pullman in the upcoming Spring semester.
