Join the Movember Movement with UREC

Join University Recreation in supporting the Movember movement this November. Free fitness classes will be offered every Monday in November and classes include BodyPump, spin and hot yoga. Information surrounding men’s health will be provided at each Monday class. Other free events surrounding men’s health will be offered throughout November, including Health and Wellness testing, a Men’s Mental Health Workshop and more.

Movember addresses some of the biggest health issues men face such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health. For a full schedule of Movember events, visit urec.wsu.edu/movember.
