Cold Smoked Salmon Panel

From 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. (or until we run out of samples)

Food Science & Human Nutrition Bld. Room 146

We are looking for volunteers to evaluate sensory quality of cold smoked salmon.

The test will take about 10 minutes of your time. You must be 18 years of age to participate.
